I was out of town for a month and my mom’s laptop went out. She’s not tech savvy and I’m usually her go to when she has any problems. After unsuccessfully trying to help her by phone, I decided she needed a real expert so searched the web and came across Computer PhD and read all the great reviews so had my mom call him. I’m so glad I found him because I wouldn’t have been able to fix her (ancient) laptop. James took great care of her and offered her the best financial option which was to replace the laptop with a refurbished one plus he went to her home and set it all up for her. He also kept in touch with me to update me on what he was doing so I could help her make the best decision. I cannot say enough great things about James. He will be the one I call for any computer issues and I will recommend him to all my friends!

He fixed a HP laptop touchscreen for me that was cracked, had it fixed in a week and it would have been sooner but it took 4 or 5 days for the screen to come in. Excellent job! My laptop wouldn't boot up went to him and he had done at a reasonable time and pay. Definitely recommend calling and giving him a chance to help you!!!
